Expert guidance – I will assist you in things like getting prequalified financing, finding the right lender, builder, home inspector, title company, insurance, etc. Negotiations – I will use my skills as a professionally trained negotiator to minimize your purchase price and close the transaction as quickly as possible. I remember when my wife and I moved here in 2012 long before coming a Realtor and we searched a large portion of Florida looking for the right home and we were very disappointed in most of the Realtors lack of professionalism and follow up. I can promise you that I am very professional with awesome communication skills plus I have the intimate knowledge and understanding of this area and its waterways and the pros and cons of where to buy as well as where to not buy. I am not your “typical Realtor,” as prior to becoming a Realtor I spent thirty plus years, where I utilized my BBA and MBA degrees in the areas of Sales & Marketing. Overall Rating: 5 stars – Ultimately, there are many reasons that one picks a particular realtor over others. My reasons for working with Gary on my recent sale, and one of the reasons that I’ll work with him next time I buy or sell locally, is that he is honest about the realities of the market and he bases his opinions and advice on facts and numbers that he can show you in black and white. He is not the kind of person who exaggerates and works on optimistic fantasy and false promises. Negotiation Skills: 5 stars – I’m going to qualify my rating here by saying that there was not much negotiation that I can recall in our transaction – but that I know all parties had to make some negotiated decisions.
