I am not your “typical Realtor,” as prior to becoming a Realtor I spent thirty plus years, where I utilized my BBA and MBA degrees in the areas of Sales & Marketing. I attended dozens of the top professional sales schools as well as being trained as a professional negotiator. One of my best skills is the ability to truly listen to the customer and understand their unique wants and needs. By applying the above skill sets I sold hundreds of million dollars in high tech software mostly in the areas of e-commerce and Social Media. During the technical part of my career, I was an Internet Specialist for over 15 years as well as an SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Specialists. In today’s online Social Media centric world, where most people rely heavily on the internet for buying and selling real estate, my skill sets for a Realtor are very unique in particular when you add my years and training in the Sales & Marketing arena. As an SEO expert, I understand how to best position your listing online to draw the most Buyers. In 2016, I started to apply the above skill sets within the Real Estate industry and it allowed me to quickly ascend to the Top 3% of Coldwell Banker Agents Globally by the year 2021! Out of 10,000 licensed Realtors in Lee County, I consistently finish in the top five Single Agents with sales volume in Cape Coral! I have also recently been awarded with the “Best of Zillow” designation for being in the highest category for customer experience score. In my overall sales career, I have been the overall Top Sales Rep in the company a total of 5 times while achieving President’s Club over 20 times!

Overall Rating: 5 stars – Ultimately, there are many reasons that one picks a particular realtor over others. My reasons for working with Gary on my recent sale, and one of the reasons that I’ll work with him next time I buy or sell locally, is that he is honest about the realities of the market and he bases his opinions and advice on facts and numbers that he can show you in black and white.
